We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on clearance/sale

4.Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

- Minor color differences due to lighting are not considered defects
- As this is fashion jewellery, slight wear over time is normal
